Post blocking soltion containing pink dye has been developed
specifically for the stabilization of Horseradish Peroxidase
conjugates. Post blocking soltion prevents the loss of catalytic
activity and maintains the conformation of the antibody or
protein antigen portion of the conjugate. This stabilization
provides resistance to various shipping conditions and
significantly extends shelf life of the final-use dilution of HRP.
Diluent is subjected to 0.2 micron filtration.
