Reacts with α-skeletal and α-cardiac (sarcomeric) actins. This antibody is highly specific and shows no cross-reaction with smooth muscle actin. This antibody reacts with sarcomeric actins of normal tissues and neoplasms derived from such tissues (i.e. rhabdomyosarcomas).
