TMPRSS2 and ETS family (ERG, ETV1 and etv4) are the most common gene variation in prostate cancer. TMPRSS2, ERG, ETV1 and etv4 combined diagnosis has a good application value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of prostate cancer, and can be used as a new molecular marker of prostate cancer.
